PETER SHARP
Peter Sharp draws inspiration from the natural world, evolving the forms he finds into complex and poetic abstractions. This work consists of drawings of sponges Sharp found at his local beach on Gweagal country / Sydney. Sharp reflects, “I’ve always wanted to make work about this particular beach as I have swum and surfed here for around 50 years.”
