MITCH DAVIS

Mitch Davis adopts textile and assemblage techniques to explore themes of identity and masculinity. In his exploration of non-traditional drawing, Davis uses needlework to transform discarded and mass-produced materials into personal investigations by reconfiguring and recontextualising them into painterly compositions, seeking to reconcile gendered notions of identity.
